RHK Attorneys was established in 1982 by its founder, Robert Hersh Kanarek. Robert initially conducted a successful practice as a sole practitioner in Alberton, and then Soweto, focusing on criminal law and litigation. During this time, Robert hosted a radio program on Soweto Community Radio, which was intended to educate residents on various legal topics of interest.

The firm has since expanded its practice and now operates in the heart of Sandton. The journey from a small practice to a well-established legal practice reflects our unwavering commitment to providing comprehensive and client-focused legal solutions. RHK Attorneys is a multi-disciplinary firm which services both corporate and private clients.
